- Mutual Interview: Call us for a mutual 1-hour interview appointment. We can meet in-person or set up a video conference call. Then, we mutually decide if we want to go to the next step.
- Contracting: We decide, together, what services you currently need. There are two different 1-year Contract Agreements available. One is for Financial Planning. The other is for Asset Management. You may be interested in one, or both Contract Agreements. Contracting is done in-person or via email e-signatures.
- Data Collection: Now it is time to get into the numbers. Budgeting, Planning, and/or Asset Management requires taking an inventory of everything. It is like going to the doctor for a physical. What ever you reveal will be looked at. Whatever you hide won’t be looked at. What you hold back could cost you everything. This is where trust and confidentiality begins. Sometimes it can be scary, even embarrassing. But, it is vital for your future to communicate your strengths and weaknesses, honestly. We will build on your strengths and shore-up your weaknesses. Data Collection really must be completed in person, in order to provide you the best possible care and service.
- Financial Planning Report: Within a week after Data Collection, we meet again, in person or by video conference, to review your Financial Planning Report and discuss Advisory solutions to match your needs and goals. Together, we will decide what is the best solution and proceed accordingly.
Gratia Financial is a “Fee Only” Registered Investment Advisory (RIA). As an RIA, we have hourly or set-fees for the services that we offer.
Financial Advisory fees are assessed and offered through four plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These are packaged plans. Our services may also be negotiated on an hourly or per diem basis.
Gratia Financial’s fees structure is unique to the industry. Every effort has been made to provide clients with reasonable and fair prices so that more people might afford and benefit from Life and Financial Advisory services.
